but he's like a flying Pokémon so I'm kinda surprised actually...
Anyways just don't fly on your Pokémon unless you can ask them first if they are or something cause that's really important

The Nurses in Olivine are super nice though!! then again they're all nice, so

but yeah that's just something to keep in mind I guess! or, yaknow, just have lots of different Pokémon you can fly on. just in case

I've been there, honestly. Flying's tough if you're not used to it. It took Regal a little while to get confident enough to fly, too.

He's always had wings, even before he evolved! He's an Archeops.

I have one of those, mine is just fine with flying. Hmmmm maybe he just had a bad experience in the past, that normally causes phobias to pop up.
