[It's starting to get a bit late when a video will appear on the network, with the feed coming through being exceedingly dark. It's begun to get dark out but the sun is still setting, giving the surroundings an orange tint to them. There's a muffled stir over the feed as the view is shifted upwards a bit, finally giving the view of one Jimmy Two-Shoes, completely surrounded with Pokémon.

There's a Bloober stuck to the tree he's leaning against, slowly glooping it's way up and down and all around the trunk, leaving a trail of slime in it's wake. A Sentret is on his shoulders with her tail wrapped around his neck, a Buizel sitting with his back to Jimmy's side, and his starter Electrike lying across his lap. He's got his sleeping bag out, but he's sitting on top of it instead of actually getting in it. Apparently, sleeping bags aren't a one-size-fits-all deal, especially when you're just shy of being over six feet tall.

Also, while the evening might be nice for most, it's a lot colder than Jimmy's at all used to. A lot. Back home every day promised sweltering heat that was nearly unbearable, and on top of that he's not really dressed for being outside at night besides. In spite of all of this, Jimmy's not frowning- it's more of a half-smile grimace as he tries to lock his jaw to keep his teeth from chattering as he adjusts the 'Gear in his hands.]

Is...um. ...

[Maybe he should have thought about what he was going to say before...just making a video, but whatever.]

Is anyone around to, uh....talk, maybe? ...N-nothing's wrong or anything, just um....

[The boy shifts slightly and pulls his legs a bit closer to himself, causing Cherry to stir and curl a bit tighter around his neck and shoulders.]

S'been uh....kinda quiet on this Route today, yaknow? ...

[He laughs a little before reaching back with one hand to brush his hair back. After another moment or two the feed cuts.]

Gettin' lonely?

[Take in this rare sight, Jimmy- Joker is wearing none of his usual make up or fancy hair today. He's on the move as he replies, the 'Gear propped up against the back of something- the neck of a Rapidash in fact. Angel the Mime Jr. is nestled up against Joker as well.]

Um....maybe just a little. I'm ok though! ....a l-little chilly, but ok.

[Really! Just...three days on the road in near dead silence, man. There's a reason Jimmy's been practically stalking the Network with all his might as of late.]

[He's not the only one surrounded by Pokemon, though perhaps her gaggle of cuddlemons are there for a different reason than Jimmy's are.

And Rose can't help but wonder if something really is wrong, but she's not going to prod just yet.]

[Boy that sun is setting fast. Also, Jimmy's shoulders slump ever so slightly as his Bloober decides to slowly ooze it's way onto the back of his head.]

The last few days have been on the rough side, so you're not getting video; however, at least you'll get something eventually, whether you want it or not.]

Well, at the very least I can tell you that the world hasn't ended and the general population of this place is still alive as far as I know, and people tend to respond to things like this no matter what hour you put them out. Because this place is full of decent people like that.

The routes do tend to be rather isolating, though, I'll grant you that.

[He glances down at the Buizel, who's got his head dropped to his chest, dozing a bit.]

He's a Buizel! He hatched from an egg a few days back.

How can you say it's quiet when we have such a lovely, looping background track to listen to?

[John giggles. He's sitting on the floor, leaning back against the fluffy, cloud-like body of an Altaria. His 'gear somehow seems to be floating in midair, probably because he needs both hands free so that he can brush the ear fluff of a Lopunny seated next to him. A Shiny Whimsicott hangs over his shoulder, watching in a way that seems to suggest she's impatiently waiting for her turn with the brush. And finally, breaking the combo of fluff mons is a Gothita who seems to love the fact that she's surrounded by so much fluff. She keeps disappearing inside the Altaria or hiding under the Lopunny's free ear, giggling loudly all the while.]

Anyway, what's the deal, banana peel? I'm free to chat.

[You know, mostly. He can talk and brush at the same time.]

[That gets a giggle out of Jimmy as that ever present background music is still looping in the distance.]

Yeah, I guess you're right!

[He lifts a hand slightly to wave at John and his Pokemon, while most of his aren't going to be very good company considering they're all asleep. ..Except the Bloober there, who seems quite content to just gloop his/her way around and around the tree.]

Nothing r-really...it's just been kinda lonely on this route lately, I guess! Feels like I've been walking forever!

Most people seem to be, like, partying up or buddying up. Find a buddy, Mr Poké-Shoes, and that'll liven things up!

[Something about the older boy strikes a chord in Shaun, and he picks up his gear to respond, sitting in his hotel room surrounded by his own team - a Growlithe curled up against his hip, a Mightyena sprawled across his lap, a Raichu finger-painting (paw-painting?) on the floor by the bed, a Munna floating in the air behind him, a Houndoom taking up space against his other side, and his loyal Floatzel peering over his shoulder, grooming his hair with her paws.

It's Susie the Floatzel who seems most interested in the broadcast, other than Shaun himself, and that's because it's been a long time since she saw a Buizel anywhere but in the wild.]

[While most of his team has dozed off- sans the Bloober, who doesn't seem ready to go to bed any time soon- Lucky has spotted Susie out of the corner of his eye and is now eyeing the screen over Jimmy's elbow.]
